Julie Howard grew up in California’s Central Valley and started writing stories in grade school. Creating other lives and places was intoxicating, and she hasn’t stopped writing since then.
She gained her degree in journalism from Fresno State University, California and went on to write for the Las Vegas Review-Journal, The Sacramento Bee and numerous other publications.
Today, she writes only fiction, focusing on stories about women seeking strength, meaning, and renewal in their lives.
